Matt Stempler is a partner in the Corporate and Commercial Finance Group at Cadwalader. His principal practice involves the representation of commercial banks, investment banks, hedge funds and other financial institutions in a broad variety of secured and unsecured financing transactions, including working capital financings for operating companies and commodities marketing companies, term loan financings of fixed assets, NAV financings, acquisition financings, DIP financings, exit financings, account receivables discounting and distressed debt trading.
