Beale is a Managing Director and senior deal team leader within Wells Fargo’s Corporate Debt Finance team responsible for originating and managing financing to broadly syndicated loan managers and middle market loan originators globally. Beale is also responsible for the syndication and distribution of the financing facilities, along with the management of his junior colleagues. He has 20 years of secured lending/asset-backed experience, the last 15 of which have been in the Structured Products Group. Beale participated in Wells Fargo’s Credit Management Training Program in 2009. Beale began his banking career at Wachovia Securities in 2005 within the Leveraged Finance group’s underwriting and portfolio management practice. Prior to joining Wachovia, Beale worked as an advisor to senior management at Smithfield Foods, Inc.

Beale earned a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Hampden-Sydney College and resides with his family in Charlotte, NC.
