Connor Macon is a managing director in Corporate & Investment Banking’s Commercial Real Estate Group. Connor is the Real Estate Banking Origination Specialist for CIB’s Commercial Real Estate business whereby she specializes in originating, structuring, and executing strategic transactions for CRE clients headquartered in the Carolinas and nearby regions.

Connor’s transaction and markets expertise includes balance sheet lending (construction, bridge, lines of credit, etc.) across various product types (multifamily, student housing, SFR, retail, industrial, office, self-storage, etc.). In her current role, Connor serves as the primary point-of-contact for Carolinas-based CRE clients to bring the full range of CIB’s products and services. She collaborates closely with product partners across CRE and CIB to develop strategies for building multi-dimensional client connections across the CIB platform.

Connor joined Wells Fargo in 2006. She began her career in investment banking focused on the power/energy sector before transitioning to the commercial real estate sector in 2009.

Connor graduated from Furman University with a bachelor of arts degree in business administration. She resides in Charlotte where she lives with her husband and their three children.
