Noah Cuttler is head of U.S. bank regulatory policy for Barclays. Prior to joining Barclays, Noah spent ten years between the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and the Federal Reserve Board working on prudential regulations, including Basel III. Noah also served as an attorney at the U.S. Department of the Treasury and was a policy advisor for Representative Mary Jo Kilroy (D-OH). Noah holds a B.A. and J.D. from the University of California Davis and is a FRM Certified Professional.
