Mr. Bunch is a Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets and Banking for the US RESF group. He joined Bank of America in late 2007 and currently oversees CMBS structuring, distribution, securitization, pricing, large loan structuring and warehouse finance. He also has been responsible for $25.0bn+ of large loan CMBS 2.0/3.0 originations and is the GSE relationship manager for Agency CMBS. Prior to joining the bank, Mr. Bunch was the Head of European CMBS at UBS Investment Bank and he started his Wall Street career with JPMorgan in New York and finished in London overseeing CMBS capital markets. Mr. Bunch is on the Board of Governors and the current Chairman for the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council (“CREFC”) and is CMBS Co-Chair for the Structured Finance Association’s CMBS Market Committee.

Mr. Bunch holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from Virginia Tech and a Masters degree in Finance from Vanderbilt University.
