Brendan Cappiello is an executive director on the Corporate Debt Finance group at Wells Fargo Securities. Brendan has more than 11 years of experience in structured finance, beginning his career as an associate at
Dechert LLP advising underwriters and managers on various structured transactions, primarily focused on asset-backed and collateralized loan transactions. Most recently, he worked at Barings LLC, responsible for originating and underwriting private asset-backed finance transactions across consumer, commercial, and residential asset classes. Brendan received his J.D. with honors from the University of North Carolina School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is admitted to the North Carolina Bar.
