Mr. Glassner joined Bayview in June 2013. Immediately prior to joining, Mr. Glassner managed the pricing for single family loans at Fannie Mae – working collaboratively across the company to change Fannie Mae’s approach to pricing.
From 2009 to 2012, Mr. Glassner managed Wholesale, Correspondent, Warehouse Lending, and Mortgage Capital Markets for Ally Bank and GMAC Mortgage. During his tenure, Ally/GMAC expanded its lending business and actively managed down significant amounts of legacy portfolios and risks.
For almost ten years, Mr. Glassner held various positions at Bank of America and Banc of America Securities, including: head of retained loan portfolio, head of correspondent lending and head of mortgage finance within Global Structured Products.
Mr. Glassner began his career as an analyst and trader at Carillon Advisors, Inc, in Cincinnati, OH working on MBS, ABS, and CMBS investments. Mr. Glassner graduated from Miami University (OH) with a major in Finance and a minor in Economics.
